Don't Believe The Hype
I'm definitely on the bandawagon for the proposed downtown stadium for the KC Royals. I think downtown baseball would be great for KC's urban core. Combine this complex with the already-approved basketball arena that will begin construction soon and the downtown area could actually be worth visiting again.

Maybe I should look into a downtown residence. I'm sure the value of these properties would rise significantly once a stadium and an arena were in place.
