R.I.P. O.D.B.
Russell Jones, a.k.a. Ol Dirty Bastard, Dirt McGirt and Big Baby Jesus, was laid to rest today. He was to rap music as Bobcat Goldthwait was to Hollywood. His unique style of delivery was rivaled by no one else in the business. I'd followed him since his days in the Wu Tang Clan, and he never disappointed me. He was not exactly a model citizen, but his exploits in the recording studio were always something to marvel.

"Shimmy shimmy ya, shimmy yam, shimmy yay."
